(3) Production technology
1.Production process
(1) The methods of drawing deepening, model making, and spraying release agent are the same as those of GRC.
(2) Gypsum sizing and fiber laying
① Sizing the first layer of alpha gypsum (the slurry is relatively thin) and flowing evenly on the surface of the object.
② The second layer of alpha gypsum grout is placed, and the first layer of fiberglass board is placed;
③The third layer of alpha gypsum is sized, and the second layer of fiberglass board is placed.
(3) Embedded parts and reinforcing ribs
(4) Place embedded parts according to the requirements of the design drawings. The size and position need to be checked. Add reinforcement ribs according to the shape needs. Square wooden strips or hot-dip galvanized square steel with a clean surface and no burrs can be used.
(5) Gypsum sizing and fiber laying
The fourth layer of alpha plaster is sized, and the third layer of fiberglass board is placed to achieve the required thickness of the design. Embedded parts and reinforcing ribs need to be completely covered with fiber and slurry for reinforcement and reinforcement.
(6) Demolding, repair and maintenance
①After the last layer of gypsum is sizing, let it sit for twelve hours before demoulding, and register the number and quantity;
② If there are scratches on the surface after demoulding or the joints are not in place, you need to use the same brand of material to repair it. After curing, polish and correct it until the surface is smooth and flat without trachoma. Place the product in a dehumidification room and place it properly. To prevent deformation, after completing quality inspection, the finished product should be placed in a dry and low-dust environment.
(4) Installation process
1. The pre-embedded fixing method, installation requirements, processes and procedures are the same as the GRC installation process
2.GRG seam repair:
Clean the dust, grease or oil stains, cracked particles and other impurities in the GRG splicing joints. Use gypsum powder with the same raw material, mix it with milky white glue, use mesh cloth for reinforcement, cover the joints, and then mix it with gypsum. Fill the surface with the compound, and after it dries, sand it flat and smooth.
